  • How do I apply as a wholesaler?

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see WHOLESALE

    • Click that and you should be redirected to a Wholesale Splash Page

    • There should be a link that says β€œAre you new? Click here to apply to become a wholesaler. β€œ

    • Click the link, fill out the form and submit!

    • You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application is being reviewed

  • How do I place a wholesale order? 

    • From the acceptance email you received from Granarly, click the website link provided in the email  

    • Using the tier assignment in the email, select your tier and enter the password provided in the email 

    • From here should be able to order all 4 products in either case or package form

    • Scroll down and enter your shipping address, and desired frequency (recurring order or one-time order)  

    • Click Order!

  • What is the difference between a one-time order and a recurring order? 

    • For a one-time order, you do not need to select a frequency and will only be sent ONE invoice for an order that will only be shipped to you once

    • For a recurring order, you must select a frequency (how often you want product sent). If you place a weekly recurring order, you will be send an invoice each week and a shipment each week.

  • How do I know what tier I am in?  

    • Upon acceptance as a wholesaler, you will receive an email from Granarly that will identify the tier level your organization will be placed at. 

  • When will I receive my invoice?  

    • You will receive your invoice within 2 business days of placing your order unless we reach out to you sooner with questions! 

  • How do I pay my invoice?  

    • You can pay your invoice by clicking the link provided on the invoice sent your email!  

  • The order I placed did really well, can I easily reorder it?    

    • Locate the order number (it should be in your order confirmation email and invoice) 

    • Send an email to sales@granarly.com with your order number and short blurb saying you want to reorder - we will send you a confirmation email and new invoice and your order will be on its way to your doorstep in no time

  • How do I cancel my order?

    • Locate the order number  (it should be in your order confirmation email and invoice)

    • Email sales@granarly.com with your order number and desire to cancel. We will work to cancel your order ASAP but if order placement is within a week of order delivery for that cycle, we cannot guarantee that that order will be cancelled
